I juxtapose the background of Ukrainian painter Kazimir Malevich's legendary "Black Square" with those of our contemporary "Insta-Squares." In this day and age, when our inevitable constructivism (thanks to social media, for example) is actually more evident than at any time in human history before, it is all the more questionable how little responsibility we take for our thoughts and opinions. And how little we explore how wars begin in our minds.
